Alerts & Notifications
Get notified when your servers need attention.
Plan availability: Basic uptime alerts are included in the Free plan. Advanced alerts with custom thresholds and email notifications require Starter or higher.
Alert types
| Alert | Trigger | Default threshold |
|---|---|---|
| High CPU | CPU usage exceeds threshold | 90% for 5 min |
| High Memory | RAM usage exceeds threshold | 90% for 5 min |
| Disk Full | Disk usage exceeds threshold | 85% |
| Server Offline | No heartbeat received | 2 minutes |
| Service Down | Monitored service not running | Immediate |
Creating an alert
- Go to Dashboard → Alerts
- Click New Alert
- Select the server and metric
- Set the threshold and duration
- Choose notification method (email)
- Save the alert
Alert states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 OK | All metrics within normal range |
| 🟡 Warning | Approaching threshold (80% of limit) |
| 🔴 Triggered | Threshold exceeded — notification sent |
| ⚫ Resolved | Previously triggered, now back to normal |
Notification channels
Currently supported:
- Email — sent to your account email (all plans)
- Dashboard — alert badge and in-app notification
- Webhooks — custom HTTP POST notifications (Business plan)
