Free plan details
The Free plan includes full monitoring for 1 server — real-time CPU, RAM, disk, and network metrics. The AI Command Center is not included. Upgrade to Starter or higher to unlock AI-powered server management.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment information (if first time)
- Changes take effect immediately
Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Make sure your server count is within the new plan's limit before downgrading.
AI request limits
AI requests reset monthly on your billing date. You can check your current usage at Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing.
When you reach your limit:
- Monitoring continues uninterrupted
- AI Command Center is paused until reset
- You can upgrade for more requests anytime
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay, Google Pay (where supported)
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Servers remain connected but AI features are disabled after the period ends.
