How do I uninstall the agent?

From the dashboard, click the server menu and select "Uninstall agent." Alternatively, stop the service, remove the binary and config, then reload systemd — takes under 30 seconds.

What happens when I reach my AI request limit?

Monitoring continues normally. The AI Command Center pauses until your limit resets on your billing date, or you can upgrade for more requests.

Can I use HelmRelay with Docker?

Absolutely. The agent detects Docker installations and can manage containers, view logs, and run Docker commands through the Command Center.

Is my server data encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM) and at rest. The agent only makes outbound encrypted connections — your server is never directly exposed.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Starter plans support 2 members, Pro supports 10, and Business supports unlimited team members with role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.
