Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HelmRelay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HelmRelay provides AI-powered server management tools, including a web dashboard, monitoring agent, AI Command Center, and related features. The Service allows you to manage Linux servers through a web interface using natural language commands.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or servers
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Circumvent or bypass safety controls, confirmation dialogs, or rate limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Server Access & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to HelmRelay. By installing our agent, you authorize HelmRelay to execute commands on your server as instructed through the dashboard. You acknowledge that:

  • Commands are executed at your direction — you review and confirm operations before execution.
  • HelmRelay provides safety classifications but does not guarantee that commands will not cause issues on misconfigured systems.
  • You should maintain independent backups of your server data.

6. AI Command Center

The AI Command Center uses artificial intelligence to interpret natural language and generate server commands. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated commands are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving them.
  • The AI may occasionally produce incorrect or suboptimal commands.
  • Critical operations require explicit confirmation before execution.

7. Subscription & Payment

  • Free plans are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by HelmRelay. You retain ownership of your server data and configurations. We do not claim any rights to your data.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelmRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HelmRelay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
